  • Yes, you can use your own forwarder or shipping method. Sourcy’s default option is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where we handle customs, duties, and delivery to your door. However, we can also accommodate other shipping terms:
    • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Under CIF, the supplier covers the cost and insurance of transporting the goods to your destination port, but you handle the import process.
    • Ex-Works: In this arrangement, the buyer takes responsibility once the goods are available at the supplier’s facility, managing all subsequent shipping and handling.

  • No, Sourcy's logistics services include all duties and taxes in the final price, so customers don’t have to worry about additional charges. If you do receive any additional tax or customs fee, please contact us through your account manager and we'll sort it.

  • Our QC process is designed to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction. It includes:
    1. Physical Inspection: Randomly selecting cartons and inspecting each item for appearance issues such as breakage or fractures.
    2. Functional Testing: Verifying that the product operates as intended, with random sampling for larger orders.
    3. Specification Matching: Ensuring the final product meets all agreed-upon specifications, especially regarding design and functionality.

  • If a product fails the QC inspection, it will be returned to the factory for re-evaluation and rework. We maintain open communication with you throughout this process, providing visibility and updates. While our high-quality suppliers minimize such risks, we take corrective actions as needed.

  • Sourcy optimizes logistics processes to ensure timely deliveries, leveraging advanced tools for efficient supply chain management. However, natural disasters, political events, or unforeseen disruptions may occasionally impact delivery schedules despite these efforts.

However, external factors such as geopolitical issues, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we notify you as early as possible and work to resolve any issues quickly.
