How long will it take for the orders to be delivered?

We strive to deliver the orders within these timelines:
1. Air freight: <5-8 days door to door
2. LCL DDP (Less than Container Load): <20 Days door to door
3. FCL CIF (Full Container Load): <15 days port to port via international sea freight

What currency can I shop in?

We facilitate purchases in USD. If you need to conduct transactions in a different currency, there are two simple ways to proceed: New Customers: Please contact us at info@sourcyglobal.com, and we'll promptly look into your request. Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Are there any extra sourcing or shipping fees?

While we don't offer free shipping, we provide an all-inclusive cost that covers not only the product itself but also the logistics expenses. This means that you won't encounter any unexpected fees or hidden charges during the checkout process. Furthermore we don't impose any sourcing fees, so you can access high-quality products without any additional costs.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. However, we would like to inform you that once the items have been dispatched from the supplier's location, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or offer refunds. This is because our suppliers require upfront payment, and many items are custom-made or produced in bulk, making them difficult to return or resell.

Please be aware that if you attempt to cancel your order after dispatch, you will still be responsible for paying for the items as originally ordered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have implemented this policy to ensure the sustainability of our business and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers

Which shipping companies do you use?

To provide the most reliable and responsive shipping services to our customers, we partner with top-notch international shipping & delivery companies such as FedEx and DHL to execute our highly responsive, on-time fulfilment.

What is our return & refund policy?

Return & Replacement Eligibility To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must meet the following criteria:
1. The item must have been damaged in transit.
2. The item must be broken or not working as intended due to factors beyond your control.

Please note, if an item is damaged due to mishandling after delivery, it may not be eligible for a return or refund. In the event that you receive a damaged or broken item, please notify us within seven business days of receiving the item. Include a detailed description of the issue and any supporting photographic evidence. ​

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and status of the return. If your return is approved, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Replacements
Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange for a replacement of the damaged or broken item at no additional cost. Please indicate this preference when you contact us about the return. For terms and conditions click here

Do I need to pay for any import taxes?

At Sourcy, we strive to make the importing process as smooth as possible by covering all import costs, with one exception: sea freight full container load shipping. In this specific scenario, the customer will be responsible for customs fees, as the shipment will be delivered to the port of destination.

Sourcing Request (Find New Products)

How does the sourcing process work?

At our company, we strive to provide customers with a seamless sourcing experience tailored to their specific needs and budget. To ensure we understand your requirements accurately, we kindly request that you provide us with the necessary details, including a photo, through our convenient form. 

Here's how our process works:

  1. Start by filling out our user-friendly form, where you will be guided to answer a few simple questions about the items you are seeking.

  2. Once we receive your completed form, a dedicated Account Manager will promptly begin working on your request. They will keep you informed throughout the process, providing regular updates on the availability of the items and delivering a detailed price quote within 1-2 weeks.

How many days will it take to source the products?

You will receive an email between 1-2 weeks with your sourced products. Please do note this timing might change based on the number of requests we have received.

What if I am not satisfied with the products that Sourcy sourced?

We can most definitely find a product that satisfies you! Do make sure to send us specific specifications (pictures are encouraged) to make sure we find the best products based on your needs.
